Main Factors of cause male as well as female infertility

Infertility mainly refers to the biological inability of a person to contribute to conception. Infertility can refer to the state-owned of a woman who is incapable to carry a pregnancy to complete the term. Many biological causes of infertility, some which may be bypassed with medical intervention.

Women who remain fertile experience a natural period of fertility earlier and through ovulation, and they are certainly infertile during the rest of the menstrual cycle. Fertility alertness approaches are used to discern when these changes occur by tracking changes in cervical mucus or basal body temperature.


• Usually, globally it is assessed that one in seven couples have glitches conceiving, with the     occurrence similar in most countries independent of the level of the country's growth.

• Women adapt less fertile as they get older. For women aged 35, about 94 out of every 100 who have regular undefended sexual intercourse will get pregnant after 3 years of trying. For females old 38, though, only  77 out of every 100 will do so. The effect of age upon men's fertility is less clear.

Reasons of infertility: Factors that can cause male, as well as female infertility, are:-

Genetic factors
• Robertsonian translocation in either partner may cause repeated impulsive abortions or whole infertility.

General factors
• thyroid disorders, Diabetes mellitus, adrenal disease

Hypothalamic-pituitary factors
• Hypopituitarism
• The presence of anti-thyroid antibodies is related with an augmented risk of mysterious subfertility with an odds ratio of 1.5 and 95% confidence interval of 1.1–2.0.
• Hyperprolactinemia
Environmental factors
• Toxins such as glues, physical agents,, unstable organic solvents or silicones, chemical dusts, and pesticides. Smokers are 60% more probable to be infertile than non-smokers.
